Our week's conditions
in 2026 - 2027

Rates are all-inclusive.

Only the tourist tax is additional, along with the pet supplement if applicable.
A discount will be granted from the second week of rental.

Rates include:

• Utilities: water, electricity, heating, and services.
• Professional cleaning and disinfection of the cottage.
• House linens: sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, tea towels, hand towels.
• Mattress protectors, blankets, and pillows are provided.
• Baby equipment: crib, bathtub, high chair, booster seat - upon request

                   
Tourist tax is additional.
Pets: €50 supplement per pet per week, subject to prior approval from Nathalie and Marc

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank transfer to Au Pré de l'Arbre's account at Banque Populaire "SARLAT Sud" 24200.
• Bank check payable to "Au Pré de l'Arbre" 24200 SARLAT
• Holiday vouchers (ANVC)
• Cash upon arrival.
